Congress opens at 9h30 on Monday 21 May and closes at 13h00 on Thursday 24 May. On Tuesday and Wednesday the sessions will last from around 9h00 to 18h00, with a break at lunchtime. The draft programme will be available soon on this site.

The on-site press facilities (Bahia room) for the use of journalists at the Palacio de congresos will include:

 60 workstations
 20 computers
 wifi internet connection
 several interview points
 telephone and fax lines
 an ISDN Line at: +34 954 07 29 37
 photocopiers and printers
 audiovisual equipment available on request
 simultaneous (active) interpretation into 14 European Union languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, Greek.
 all conference proceedings can be watched by television link in the press room, and heard anywhere in the Palacio de congresos via portable infrared audio equipment.
 refreshment facilities throughout the day. Only accredited media representatives with yellow badges will have access to the press room, as well as to a special section of the Congress hall set aside for media. Please ensure that you wear your identification badge visibly whenever you are on Congress premises.
